Our presentation will showcase the best of the best from the esteemed Cannes Lions Festival of 2023. We will take a look at some of the key takes outs from the Festival, the overall conclusions of where the advertising industry now finds itself 2 years on from the pandemic, and most importantly of all, highlight & celebrate the winning work. Focusing on the Grand Prix winners as well as notable Gold & Silver awards from select categories. Joining me on stage will be the talented Young Lions Film team from Norway, Alek Pérez & Martin Fauskanger from Apriil, who will share their remarkable experiences from their Young Lions adventure.
Gareth - Chief Commercial Director at CAPA - has been spent most of his working life in the communications industry, with almost 20 years experience working within the cinema advertising industry at CAPA. Prior to that he learnt his trade at CARAT UK in London; holding responsibilities in media planning and buying, and strategy planning and client services. One of Gareth’s roles at CAPA is to manage the company’s responsibilities as Cannes Lions Reps for Norway, which include jury allocation and the Young Lions competitions.
